You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without express written permission from 2ph222. Unauthorized use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 2ph222, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall 2ph222's aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

2ph222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, creation of multiple accounts, or conduct we determine to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or our business interests.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. Any outstanding genuine balance in your account will be returned to you following completion of any necessary verification procedures, minus any amounts owed to 2ph222. Funds obtained through fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms will be forfeited.

We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by 2ph222 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
